The state-of-the-art fully automatic concrete batching plant with a combined capacity of 60m3 per hour ensures versatility to meet wide range of demands. The efficiency of the production line is maintained through well planned with double the capacity storage facility backed up with high capacity of cement silos and additional silos for supplementary additives and aggregate bins.

    SCC has a comprehensive well-maintained fleet covering every single aspect of the products manufactured including 18 transit mixtures (9cu.m) mounted with modern Concrete Mixer (Schwing Stetter). The fleet & machinery are well managed by highly experienced crew who work in synergy to ensure proper adherence to the customer’s delivery schedule.

Production & Quality Control physical and chemical tests on raw materials are carried out in our fully equipped laboratory.

Washed sand is tested for chlorides, sulphates and silt content A lot of trials and tests are also carried out, especially for the performance of the various concrete mixes with regard to absorption and permeability properties for durability purposes. This is why we places great emphasis on quality by expanding the parameters of its concrete quality management model from quality control to quality assurance.
